Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data RANI Valuations, Inc. ("RANI", "we", "us") collects through the website at ranival.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to the products we operate for clients under separate agreements.
1. Who we are
RANI Valuations, Inc. is a software company building AI agents for accounting and economic advisory work. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
2. Data we collect
- Usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
- Correspondence: if you email us, your name, address and the content of the exchange.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses and request details for security and to operate the service.
3. Cookies
We use two kinds. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie notice; if the site runs without analytics, no notice is shown and no analytics cookie is set.

4. How we use the data
To understand how the site is used and improve it; to answer your messages; and to keep the site secure and running.
5. Legal basis
Analytics: your consent. Correspondence and security logs: our legitimate interest in running the site and responding to you. Where the GDPR or the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law applies, we rely on those grounds.
6. Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (analytics and fonts), and Google Workspace (email). We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their standard contractual safeguards.
8. Retention
Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable period after. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
9. Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
10. Changes
We will post any change to this policy here and update the effective date.
